Job Summary

The Global Head of Commercial for Chromatography will be responsible for building, leading, and developing a worldwide commercial team dedicated to driving sales growth and providing expert application support for the chromatography product portfolio. This senior leadership role requires combining deep technical expertise in Chromatography and biopharmaceutical production modalities with robust global sales strategy and people management skills. Day-to-day activities involve setting ambitious sales targets, coordinating regional action plans with marketing, analyzing market trends to identify expansion opportunities, and managing complex customer engagements from prospecting to closure. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years of technical life science experience and 5 years of global management experience, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field.
