This role is positioned within the company's internal consultancy, focusing on high-impact strategic projects, primarily end-to-end Post-Merger Integrations (PMI). The successful candidate will manage complex integrations by setting up and running Integration Management Offices (IMO), defining target operating models, orchestrating Day-1 readiness, and ensuring the delivery of identified synergies. Working directly with senior management, this position requires proven leadership in cross-functional projects across various business sectors (e.g., commercial, IT, supply chain). The ideal professional brings 4-6 years of consulting experience specifically in PMI, ideally within the pharma, biotech, or electronics industries. Furthermore, the role requires practical experience applying Data & AI to business challenges. This position serves as a talent incubator, offering high visibility and a planned transition into a key leadership or expert role within the company after approximately 2-4 years, offering rapid career acceleration and flexible, hybrid work arrangements.
