Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to join a leading internal consultancy focused on strategic projects within the Life Science sector. The role involves tackling critical business challenges, including strategy development, commercial excellence, and operations, working directly with senior management on local, regional, and global initiatives. Day-to-day activities include owning projects end-to-end, guiding project teams, and proactively applying Data & AI opportunities to solve business challenges. Candidates should possess a Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant scientific or business field and 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, specifically within biotech, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals. The position offers high visibility, accelerated career development, and a successful transition into key leadership roles within the company after 2-4 years, combining high-impact consulting with flexible, hybrid work arrangements.

Required Skills

Education

Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, pharmaceutical science, medicine or business. PhD or MBA is a plus.

Experience

  • 2-5 years in management consulting with deep industry-related experience in biotech, diagnostics, bioprocessing, biology, chemistry or similar
  • Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: data & digital, strategic marketing, supply chain management, R&D innovation, transformation
  • Strong track record of leading projects across multiple functional areas with exposure to different hierarchical levels
  • Practical experience in applying Data & AI to solve business challenges

  • Willingness to relocate to Rhine-Main-Area (e.g., Darmstadt, Frankfurt) to allow for regular office presence (2-3 days per week).
