Job Summary
This role as a Social Services System Specialist focuses on the technical and functional support of the specialized software OPEN/PROSOZ within the Stuttgart Office for Social Affairs and Participation. The specialist will be responsible for the parameterization of technical procedures concerning social benefits law (SGB XII, SGB IX, AsylbLG), managing software testing for new versions, and handling error resolution, particularly concerning the cash interface with SAP. A core part of the job involves providing expert consultation to caseworkers on complex case configurations, developing legal recipient statistics, and drafting necessary work instructions. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Public Management, Social Economy, or equivalent administrative qualifications, coupled with essential knowledge of OPEN/PROSOZ and relevant German social law.
