IT Service Technician | IT Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future of IT solutions within a market-leading service management company located in Hechingen. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for hands-on configuration of hardware and software based on customer requirements, providing critical 2nd level support by independently analyzing and resolving IT issues on-site, and managing support tickets. Key daily tasks include the maintenance of Windows clients and networks, and the installation of telecommunication systems and printers. The ideal candidate possesses an IT systems electronics qualification or equivalent experience in IT support, strong foundational knowledge of Windows and iOS, and initial experience in networking. Success in this role requires developing technical solution strategies within the team and demonstrating fluent German and very good English skills.
