Job Summary

This role is seeking an experienced IT Service Technician to provide critical on-site support for clients in Hamburg, working for a leading technology service provider specializing in Device as a Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational 2nd level support, managing client systems and applications, and handling customer inquiries directly at the client's location. Key daily tasks include documenting all work performed, operating client systems, and supporting iOS devices, network environments, and telecommunications components. Qualifications require completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or similar) and initial professional experience in user support. Proficiency in Windows 10 and Office 365, along with good German language skills and a Class B driver's license, are essential.
