Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical faults within IoT environments, managing OT networks, sensors, and platform software, and acting as the primary contact person for service inquiries. You will be actively involved in the installation and configuration of IoT sensors and gateways, setting up connections to IoT platforms, and supporting IT projects like rollouts and migrations. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical education (e.g., IT Specialist, IT System Electronics Technician) and relevant professional experience in IoT and as an Onsite IT Technician. Success in this position requires strong collaboration skills with customers and colleagues to develop infrastructure and process improvements.
