Job Summary

This full-time role as an IT Onsite Technician in Wehr (Baden) involves providing essential technical support and infrastructure management within an industrial setting. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop hardware and software, specifically focusing on Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Office 365 environments. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, monitoring network performance, and acting as the central point of contact for end-users. A key requirement is solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and proven experience in IT support. While knowledge of ITIL processes and the ServiceNow ticketing system is beneficial, the ability to quickly resolve disruptions in an industrial environment is critical.
