Job Summary

This role as an IT Rollout Technician in Augsburg involves playing a crucial part in the delivery and commissioning of IT infrastructure for a market-leading IT solutions provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include the physical delivery and setup of IT devices like PCs, monitors, and laptops at customer locations, ensuring smooth operation upon deployment. You will manage the entire equipment lifecycle, from accepting and handing over hardware to controlling serial numbers, managing assets within digital systems, and accurately documenting all activities and working hours. The position requires fundamental IT knowledge, practical experience in IT rollouts, order picking, and inventory management. Successful candidates must possess fluent German skills and enjoy direct, personal customer interaction.
