Job Summary

This role involves acting as an SAP Application Manager specializing in the core modules of Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Materials Management (MM) within a dynamic defense technology environment. The primary focus is driving the digitalization of HENSOLDT's processes, particularly through S/4HANA transformations. Day-to-day responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of these SAP applications: planning and implementing complex IT requirements, performing detailed customizing, and developing solutions using ABAP programming, including interfaces and modern form techniques like SmartForms and Adobe Forms. A crucial aspect is designing and introducing modern user interfaces leveraging SAP Fiori and UI5. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business units for process analysis and consultation, manage external service providers, and provide essential 2nd/3rd-level support. This position requires a background in Informatics or Business Informatics and extensive application management experience within the specified SAP modules.
