Job Summary

This crucial role within the Airborne SIGINT Business Unit at HENSOLDT, located in Ulm, focuses on driving international growth by managing complex, high-volume bids and leading subsequent project execution for national and international military customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the responsible Bid Manager, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring successful order placement. You will actively contribute to strategic market positioning, develop localization strategies, and identify and collaborate with local partners and subcontractors in customer countries. Post-award, you will lead the project execution, managing interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery according to PMI and HENSOLDT processes. Key requirements include a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, coupled with verifiable experience in managing complex international military projects involving multiple subcontractors, and familiarity with high-volume international tenders. This position requires mandatory national and international business travel.
