Job Summary

This role involves operating, supporting, and continuously developing the Siemens MES solution Opcenter and the machine integration software PAC (ZNT Richter) within HENSOLDT's manufacturing division in Ulm. The Application Manager will be instrumental in driving digitalization by managing interfaces between MES, ERP, and machinery, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into robust technical specifications and solution designs. Key daily tasks include providing second-level support for production-related IT systems, participating in system upgrades and roll-outs, and documenting processes and changes. The position requires a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, profound experience in MES application management, strong SQL and object-oriented programming skills (C# and Java), and familiarity with DevOps practices using the Atlassian Stack.
