Job Summary

This full-time role as an IT Support Technician focuses on ensuring the reliable deployment and maintenance of essential IT equipment within logistics operations, primarily based in Berlin. The core responsibilities include the physical delivery, setup, and on-site configuration of hardware such as laptops, monitors, and peripherals two days per week. Additionally, the technician provides crucial remote support to the Service Desk, handling user inquiries, resolving software issues, managing password resets using ticketing systems, and meticulously documenting asset transfers and inventory data. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification (like an IT Specialist) and strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
