Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician specializing in Onsite Support, focusing on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices within a market-leading IT solutions and service management company in Hannover. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring IT end devices, including desktops, notebooks, and tablets, while also managing and supporting customer mobile handheld scanners. A key part of the role involves analyzing IT landscape disruptions, developing solutions collaboratively within the team, and meticulously documenting all activities in the service management system. The ideal candidate possesses a technical education or equivalent qualification, profound knowledge of client hardware, and practical experience with Windows 10/11 and hardware/software rollouts. This position offers a full-time, permanent contract opportunity (initially through temporary employment with an option for permanent takeover) and features 30 days of vacation and flexible working arrangements.
