Job Summary

This role involves providing essential field service support for an expanding IT consulting firm specializing in information and communication technology. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of PC inventory, including the installation of operating systems and applications, and performing classic IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and dismantling both new and used hardware, along with creating necessary data backups. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational qualification in the IT sector, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration or an IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with solid knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems and hardware expertise. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Berlin, offering the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and utilize a company car for field duties.
