Job Summary

This role involves taking operational responsibility for technical systems and facilities within the Facility Management New Construction division, primarily supporting security authorities in Berlin-Mitte. Day-to-day tasks include developing maintenance plans, managing contracts for maintenance and repair, and ensuring continuous, trouble-free operation, often leading an operational team. A key focus is the planning and execution of construction measures, including drafting tenders for engineering firms and contractors, and managing project responsibility. The ideal candidate must possess a technical degree (Bachelor/FH) in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in commissioning, service, and operation of electrical systems.
