Job Summary

This role involves managing the operational safety and technical facility management (TFM) of a complex real estate portfolio for the German Federal Government, focusing specifically on electrical systems. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational safety, developing and optimizing management concepts, and implementing energy-saving measures in compliance with relevant regulations. Key daily tasks include planning and managing maintenance processes, coordinating internal and external technical personnel, handling contract management for external service providers, and acting as the subordinate responsible electrical expert. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field, possesses knowledge of relevant DIN/VDE standards, and has experience in technical systems operations and building automation.
