Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the operational responsibility and safety of complex technical systems within high-profile federal properties in Berlin. The manager will oversee the entire technical operation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, often in coordination with the overall responsible electrical specialist. Day-to-day tasks include steering, monitoring, and controlling external technical service providers (TGM), planning and implementing measures to ensure the smooth operation of technical building equipment, and developing processes for maintenance and optimization. A key function is acting as the client representative (Bauherrenfunktion) for all technical building management construction measures, including warranty management and detailed reporting. Candidates must possess a technical university degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Electrical or Building Services) or an equivalent technical qualification, coupled with strong knowledge of industry regulations (HOAI, VOB, GEFMA). This is a critical position supporting the federal government's real estate goals, requiring strong communication and a customer-oriented approach.
