IT Technician | Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role requires a proactive and skilled IT Technician (Regular Technician) to manage professional hardware installation services and coordinate the setup and dismantling of IT systems for the client. Key responsibilities include performing hardware repairs, conducting fault tracing, managing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), and executing independent hardware upgrades. The technician will also handle network and system configurations, install hardware/software, provide basic Client-OS configuration, and deliver 1st and 2nd level support, including call acceptance and qualification. A successful candidate must possess a completed IT-specific education or equivalent qualification, strong experience in hardware and network system installation/repair, excellent organizational skills for asset maintenance, and proven problem-solving abilities. The position is a full-time, 18-month project based on-site in Wiesbaden, requiring the ability to work independently and potentially lead small teams.
