Job Summary

This versatile position is ideal for an engaged IT Technician specializing in hardware support and system maintenance within a challenging IT service environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing 'Break & Fix' operations for both standard and specialized hardware, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, and performing proactive maintenance such as patching and antivirus updates. The role also involves managing IMAC/D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) requests, providing technical documentation, and coordinating with manufacturers for complex issue resolution. Key qualifications include a completed vocational degree (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), excellent hardware expertise, foundational networking knowledge, and strong communication skills in both German (C1/Fluent) and English (B1/Intermediate). This role offers a long-term perspective, structured onboarding, and competitive compensation up to 4000 Euros gross per month.
