IT Support Specialist | Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role requires an IT Support Specialist to independently manage IT tasks across Personal Systems, Datacenter infrastructure, and Networking. Daily responsibilities include the assembly, disassembly, installation, and basic configuration of hardware (servers, clients, peripherals), operating systems, and network components, often performed directly at customer datacenters. The specialist will conduct hardware upgrades, repairs, and IMAC services, while also providing crucial 1st and 2nd-level support, including efficient ticket processing. A key component of the job involves participating in rollout projects, potentially taking on responsibilities for team leadership and task distribution. Candidates must hold a completed IT qualification, possess strong knowledge of client/server environments, networking, and Microsoft products (Windows, Office), and have practical experience managing support processes and rollouts. Excellent German and good English skills are required.

- Experience with Ticket Systems and Asset Management (beneficial)
