Job Summary

This role is for an engaged IT System Administrator specializing in 1st-Level Support within an internationally successful IT service provider focused on digital workplace transformation. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing comprehensive technical support to German and English-speaking users across various Techlounge locations. The core duties include processing support tickets, managing loaner devices, and delivering first-line hardware support for Windows notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads (including BYOD). You will also assist with software issues related to Windows 10, macOS, MS Office applications, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) software like Citrix. Key requirements include completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration and ideally, prior professional experience in IT system administration. This position offers a dynamic, modern work environment with significant variety, allowing the specialist to contribute directly to complex IT infrastructure management and digital workplace solutions.
