Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing a team of approximately 10 employees responsible for the user systems within Schleswig-Holstein Netz, focusing on the customer portal (iConnect) and network operations (Workforcemanagement). The successful candidate will drive the best possible utilization and development of these systems, ensuring standardization, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement of data and process quality across core processes like maintenance and network connection. Key responsibilities include implementing major corporate projects, such as introducing a new standardized Workforcemanagement system within the E.ON group, and acting as the crucial interface between IT, specialist departments, and service providers. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree, professional experience in IT system development and operation, and a modern, self-reflective leadership style, coupled with strong project management skills and fluency in both German and English.
