Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineer specializing in the operation and maintenance of substations and switching stations within the Schleswig-Holstein network area. The successful candidate will provide essential technical expertise to decentralized teams, driving the implementation and improvement of maintenance processes and introducing new technologies and tools. A significant part of the job involves leading cross-regional maintenance projects in substations and switching stations, including full budget responsibility. Day-to-day duties include coordinating construction and switching procedures, evaluating technical solutions, ensuring strict occupational safety compliance, and resolving complex technical problems collaboratively. This position requires a technical degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent Technician/Master qualification combined with professional experience.
