Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineer to ensure consistently high quality within the network by managing the technical evaluation and on-site inspection of modifications and new constructions of medium-voltage customer substations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating internal technical experts, steering customer projects, and continuously developing processes based on practical experience to enhance the overall customer journey. A key focus is implementing and standardizing on-site inspections across the corporate group and supporting the revision of technical regulations. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering and possesses extensive experience in planning medium-voltage connections, plant, protection, and control technology. Success requires strong project management skills, the ability to steer interdisciplinary teams, and fluent communication in both German and English.
