Job Summary

This role involves supporting an international leader in industrial technology and IT infrastructure solutions, focusing on complex IT and technical projects related to digitization and automation. The successful candidate will primarily execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) services, working independently on service orders assigned via an Android device using Inventox. Daily tasks include setting up, dismantling, and modifying client systems and printers, performing installations, relocations, and expansions of IT systems (PCs, notebooks, printers) across various locations, and conducting functional tests post-installation. Key requirements include a completed IT qualification or equivalent, initial practical experience in IT support, and strong technical understanding of client systems and printers.
