Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Onsite Technician to actively contribute to the planning, implementation, and ongoing development of complex customer network infrastructures within a long-term infrastructure project. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive Break & Fix services for standard and specialized hardware, analyzing and resolving both hardware and software faults, and performing regular maintenance, patching, and antivirus updates for networked and non-networked devices. A crucial part of the role involves executing Install, Move, Add, Change, and Delete (IMACD) orders, managing releases, and ensuring rigorous documentation, particularly for GxP and regulatory compliance. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification or proven professional experience in the support and hardware field, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and ticketing systems.
