Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role seeks an IT Technician to actively participate in the planning, implementation, and development of customer IT environments, focusing on complex network infrastructures. Day-to-day tasks involve the installation, setup, and configuration of various end-user devices, including PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads. A key responsibility is providing on-site support, performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete), and meticulous documentation within customer tools, including asset data maintenance. Candidates should possess a completed IT qualification or at least one year of practical experience in the field. Essential technical knowledge includes Windows 10, Apple iOS, ticketing systems, and network technology. This position offers a long-term perspective within a leading IT service provider supporting major German companies and public clients in their digital transformation, providing a modern workplace and clear processes on an enterprise level. Good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
