Job Summary

This role is for an IT Onsite Technician based in Fürth, working within a long-term infrastructure project for a major IT service provider. The core focus is providing hands-on, direct support to users at a TechLounge or Servicepoint. Daily tasks include the setup, dismantling, installation, and configuration of client and server IT hardware, specifically involving current Windows and Apple technologies (iPhones/iPads). You will be responsible for handling Break & Fix issues, managing disruption tickets, and delivering both 1st and 2nd level support, both remotely and onsite. Key qualifications include completed IT training or one year of practical experience, familiarity with large customer environments, and expertise in hardware from vendors like HP and Lenovo. The position requires excellent German communication skills, a reliable and service-oriented approach, and a Class B driving license.
