Job Summary

This role is based within the TECLION AI Competence Center of the Kassel Tax Office, focusing on integrating IT security into modern AI solution development for public administration. The IT Security Coordinator will primarily focus on BSI IT-Grundschutz (German IT Baseline Protection), taking on a project-accompanying role. Daily tasks involve documenting and maintaining security parameters, modeling and updating BSI IT-Grundschutz modules (especially for web applications) using ISMS tools like Verinice, and monitoring the implementation of security documentation. You will actively track open measures within the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and provide crucial support during internal and external security audits. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or possesses equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong knowledge of BSI IT-Grundschutz and software development lifecycles.
