Job Summary

This role involves working as a Controlling Specialist within the Social and Youth Department of the City of Karlsruhe, specifically supporting the Child Daycare division which manages around 600 employees. The specialist will be responsible for establishing a robust internal reporting system, performing complex business calculations and cost estimates to evaluate decision options, and analyzing relevant key performance indicators (KPIs). Core daily tasks include drafting comprehensive financial reports and analyses, assisting with the annual financial statements, and actively participating in budget planning and the maintenance of budget lists.
