Job Summary

This role is for a proactive leader to head the administrative, project management, HR, and finance departments within the Integration Office of the Social and Youth Welfare Department in Karlsruhe. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic financial planning, budget creation, and controlling, as well as digitalizing administrative processes and ensuring quality management. They will also play a key role in developing and steering urban integration policies and project management guidelines. The position requires strong leadership, conceptual thinking, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on fostering diversity and inclusion within the team. This part-time (75%) position offers a chance to contribute to socially relevant tasks within a supportive public sector environment.
