Job Summary
This role involves crucial administrative and coordination tasks within the City of Karlsruhe's municipal cleaning enterprise. The specialist will be responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring local cleanliness projects, coordinating essential vehicle repairs and special inspections, and managing the procurement of motorized equipment and furniture. A key function includes preparing detailed performance specifications and evaluating incoming bids for departmental tenders. Furthermore, the role mandates coordinating quality assurance for winter services and providing disposition representation. Candidates must possess a completed administrative or comparable commercial/technical qualification, professional experience in a similar capacity, and proficiency in specialized software like SAP, Telematics, and GIS, alongside MS Office. Required Skills
Education
