Job Summary

This role involves specialized environmental planning, focusing heavily on nature and species protection. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating environmental impact assessments and reviewing concepts related to species protection law. Day-to-day tasks include conducting field work, mapping, and ensuring the enforcement of nature conservation requirements within planning law. A key aspect of the role is the supervision and monitoring of species protection measures (e.g., CEF measures). You will also organize and document meetings on environmental topics and serve as a crucial communicator between clients, authorities, and third parties. To qualify, you need a relevant degree in ecology or biology, at least three years of professional experience in environmental planning, and fluent German language skills.
