Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineer or Technician to independently manage and execute projects involving the planning and design of electrical systems for diverse residential, commercial, and specialized buildings. Key day-to-day tasks include processing all phases of the HOAI (1-9), overseeing construction execution, ensuring quality control, and monitoring project schedules. The successful candidate will also provide expert consulting services during technical building inspections and assessments. Candidates must possess a degree in Engineering or a Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services, coupled with at least two years of relevant professional experience. Essential knowledge includes building technology regulations (DIN, VOB, HOAI) and proficiency in CAD and calculation software.
