Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced professional, likely a construction technician or building materials tester, to specialize in structural assessment and building diagnostics. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive testing of fresh and hardened concrete both on-site and in the laboratory, managing concrete documentation for ÜK2 monitoring, and providing expert concrete technology consulting to clients regarding material selection and processing. A key part of the job involves performing both destructive and non-destructive component testing for structural diagnostics on high-rise and civil engineering structures. The ideal candidate must possess strong concrete technology knowledge, at least five years of professional experience (preferably in ÜK2 monitoring), and demonstrate a self-reliant, structured, and responsible approach to work.
