Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and administration for the Waterways and Shipping Directorate (GDWS) at the Aurich location. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT workstations, including operation, maintenance, optimization, and security of client systems and standard applications like Active Directory (AD) and SCCM. Key responsibilities also include assisting with the administration of the server infrastructure, managing specific technical applications, and maintaining comprehensive system and application documentation. A critical component of the job is analyzing and resolving system malfunctions and performance issues, collaborating with other IT teams on projects, and managing the procurement of IT resources. This position requires a completed vocational training in System Integration and offers a stable, permanent contract within the public sector.
