Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role in Erfurt involves coordinating and supervising on-site IT services for the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient disposition and processing of incoming fault reports, orders, and inquiries within the local service delivery framework. Day-to-day duties include tool-supported steering and support of service technicians, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalation procedures, and managing communication between customers, external contractors, and internal interfaces. You will also assist with logistical tasks, material supply, and project planning support. Key qualifications include a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or System Electronics Technician, at least three years of professional experience in the IT/TK sector, and strong knowledge of network technology (LAN, WAN, Server).
