Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring the digital viability of the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by managing and optimizing IT Security services. The IT Security Process Manager operates within the Competence Center IT-Security (CCITS), focusing on cross-functional tasks related to service, solution, and project steering. Key day-to-day responsibilities include defining, analyzing, and optimizing service processes, providing procedural consulting during service development, and deriving service-specific application cases. The manager will be responsible for modeling and preparing application cases using tools like ARIS, creating and updating service-specific documentation, and maintaining process-related templates within the ITSM tool. Candidates must possess approximately four years of relevant professional experience in the IT environment, expertise in process management and modeling (e.g., ARIS, Visio), and a foundational understanding of IT security. This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to contribute to Germany's security infrastructure from either Bonn or Leipzig.
