Junior IT Technician | Junior Technician (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive Junior IT Technician eager to support a diverse range of IT infrastructure. You will be the primary contact for customers, assisting with the configuration and usage of Apple iPhones and iPads. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on tasks such as installing and setting up PCs, printers, mobile data terminals, and other IT peripherals. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering and assembling IT hardware, performing MAC-D (Move, Add, Change, Delete) operations, and resolving IT issues through remote or on-site support. This position offers a chance to work with both Windows and Apple iOS environments, providing a broad technical experience within a supportive team.
