Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT Service Technician looking to join a major European IT service provider specializing in workplace solutions for corporate and public sector clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include on-site replacement of defective devices, acting as the primary technical contact for clients, and performing hardware diagnosis and repair (PCs, notebooks, mobile devices, and printers) within the workshop. The position requires multi-year professional experience in the IT service sector, strong knowledge of common hardware manufacturers, and the willingness to obtain and maintain necessary manufacturer certifications. The successful candidate must possess a Class B driving license and fluent German language skills, as the deployment area is within Baden-Württemberg.
