Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Service Technician focused on hands-on deployment and comprehensive support for client IT systems within a leading global IT service provider. Daily responsibilities include the deployment and configuration of Windows and Linux client systems, alongside the delivery and installation of essential hardware such as notebooks, desktops, monitors, and accessories. The technician will be a crucial point of contact, providing both remote and on-site user support, managing documentation via ticketing systems, and executing break/fix procedures and troubleshooting for end-user devices. Key requirements include strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, proficiency with MS Office 2019, and foundational knowledge of Linux environments (Ubuntu or RedHat).
