This critical, full-time, permanent position involves establishing and managing the newly founded administrative office (Geschäftsstelle) of the UKM Transplant Center in Münster. The Coordinator serves as the essential liaison between the Directorate and various interdisciplinary departments involved in transplantation, including visceral organs, bone marrow, and cornea. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and shaping the new office, implementing the center's strategic vision, and collaborating closely with internal and external partners. A major focus is placed on internal and external quality assurance, requiring supervision and cooperation with regulatory bodies such as BÄK, DSO, and ET. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field like Hospital Management or Health Economics, coupled with comprehensive professional experience, particularly in leadership roles and project coordination.
