Job Summary

This role as a Production Planner is central to organizing and optimizing manufacturing processes for an international company specializing in personal care and cosmetic products. Day-to-day responsibilities include the crucial task of creating, managing, and monitoring detailed production plans and manufacturing orders. The planner is responsible for coordinating production schedules, analyzing related data, and proactively considering risks to prevent operational bottlenecks. A core function involves the continuous optimization and improvement of existing production processes to ensure maximum efficiency. To succeed, candidates must possess profound knowledge of production planning within an industrial setting, ideally in the chemical, cosmetics, or food industry, coupled with essential expertise in material requirements planning (MRP). Required qualifications include completed technical or commercial vocational training, such as a Machine and Plant Operator, or further training as a Machine Technician. The position requires flexibility to work within a regulated three-shift system and offers the opportunity for long-term establishment with the client.
