Job Summary

This role is for a Building Services Engineer within a globally leading pharmaceutical and crop protection corporation. The primary responsibilities include the execution and coordination of technical measures, managing budget planning and control, and leading a team of technical employees, including performance monitoring. A key focus is ensuring plant safety through TÜV inspections, conducting vulnerability analyses, and resolving system malfunctions. The engineer will also be responsible for the independent maintenance and repair of production facilities. Candidates must hold a technical university degree (Master or equivalent, such as Supply Engineering or Production Technology) and possess fluent German language skills. Experience in employee leadership and operational support or plant planning is advantageous, alongside strong knowledge of legal and technical regulations (e.g., BetrSichV).
