SAP Consultant - Sales and Distribution (SD) | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an SAP Consultant specializing in Sales and Distribution (SD) within the global Surface Technology business unit (Chemetall/BASF). The core responsibility involves driving the digitalization strategy for the entire organization, with a strong emphasis on the SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) module. The consultant will be responsible for the continuous development and maintenance of the recently migrated S/4 system, including customizing, managing master data, and optimizing Customer Service and delivery processes. Success in this role requires close collaboration with SAP Business Experts across various international locations. Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, 2-5 years of relevant professional experience, and expert knowledge of SAP SD processes, particularly regarding sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing. The position demands strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in both German and English.
