Job Summary

This role is for a strategic leader to serve as the Global Technology Manager for VIANT, focusing on Organic Dip Coating within BASF's Chemetall brand. The successful candidate will lead the global VIANT technology team, including staff in Frankfurt, and be responsible for implementing and promoting global innovation aligned with the overall ECT strategy. Key daily tasks involve developing and updating the technology roadmap, driving continuous improvement in VIANT technology, and managing the product portfolio and adaptation needs. This position requires a strong background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, ideally at the PhD level, coupled with at least five years of professional experience in surface technology or coatings.
