Job Summary

This role involves managing an integrated 12-hour overnight production shift, primarily overseeing Injection Molding, Plastic Fabrication, and Fusion Molding operations. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of Molding Operators and assisting with the supervision of Matte Winding and Set Up personnel. Key responsibilities include setting performance goals, guiding and disciplining employees, ensuring labor efficiency targets are met, and maintaining adherence to quality standards (ISO 9001, 14001, OSHAS 18001). The position requires active participation in Lean Manufacturing and 6S initiatives, cost reduction efforts, and formalized Problem Solving Methodology (Root Cause Analysis). Candidates should possess a management degree or equivalent supervisory experience, proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft programs, and a strong understanding of manufacturing finance and resin properties. This is a crucial leadership position focused on continuous improvement and maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment.
