As the Strategy Manager for the EMEA region, you will be pivotal in driving the company's 2030 Strategy forward. Your core responsibilities include coordinating strategic initiatives across various sales companies and managing the comprehensive annual and long-term sales planning processes throughout EMEA. This involves providing critical market analysis on trends and competition to inform regional priorities and ensuring alignment between operational plans and financial objectives by collaborating closely with the Finance department. You will act as the regional point person for strategic topics, working cross-functionally and reporting progress to senior management. This role requires a university degree in Business Administration or a related field, coupled with proven experience in leading strategic programs and commercial planning cycles. Fluency in English is essential for success in this highly international environment.
