Join a rapidly expanding instant delivery service, flaschenpost (part of the Oetker Group), as a Service Desk Engineer focusing on maintaining and expanding critical IT systems. In this essential 1st-Level Support role, you will manage day-to-day hardware and software issues, monitor the entire IT infrastructure, and act as the central point of contact for recurring technical problems impacting the business process from order to delivery. You will collaborate closely with software development and IT operations teams, championing automation, cloud topics, and self-service culture.
